    尼克拉斯·貝林吉爾喜歡追求攝影中的超現(xiàn)實(shí)主義的東西，他的作品作品表現(xiàn)大膽、甚至荒誕，具有超強(qiáng)的想象力，在他的作品中有很多立體主義的元素。而現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的尼克拉斯喜歡的東西很多，例如電影，音樂。他喜歡做電影，用一個(gè)六十毫米的攝像機(jī)拍攝了很多東西，這些都能夠帶給其無窮的靈感。 

    尼克拉斯·貝林吉爾曾經(jīng)說：“圖片后期制作技術(shù)的運(yùn)用能幫助攝影家制作出質(zhì)量上乘的圖片?！币虼嗽谡掌闹谱骱团臄z過程中，他擅長采用創(chuàng)意手法，把需要表達(dá)的理念用影像元素符號有機(jī)組合，從而很好地表達(dá)自己的創(chuàng)作意圖。
