像亨利·卡蒂埃 - 布列松（Henri Cartier-Bresson），馬克·呂布（ Marc Riboud）和劉香成一樣，法國(guó)攝影師Yann Layma（中文名閻雷）對(duì)通過(guò)鏡頭記錄中國(guó)特別感興趣。出生于1962年的攝影師Yann Layma于1985年開(kāi)始他的第一次中國(guó)之旅，在過(guò)去的30年里，他一直以自由攝影師的身份在中國(guó)各地旅行，并拍攝了大量珍貴的照片，并出版了攝影集《昨天的中國(guó)》。書(shū)中的照片記錄了這個(gè)巨變中的東方古國(guó)的方方面面，呈現(xiàn)最鮮活、最富生命力的二十世紀(jì)八九十年代的中國(guó)記憶。
